The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Media Enterprise finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven insights and recommendations. This position will provide cross-functional support to the Digital Media Enterprise Product Market and GTM organization, driving key decision making, forecasting, and planning. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Sales, Product Marketing, Go to Market, and regional FP&A teams and will be the key driver on various projects and initiatives. Developing Adobe talent is a key component of this role, directly managing a team of 1-2 analysts.

What You'll Do

  • Own scenario analysis to support emerging offerings, ensuring financial rigor when exploring opportunities for Adobe. Advise business strategy, opportunity sizing, pricing, and financial targets.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, FP&A, deal desk, and sales to advise financial treatment and reporting for Enterprise deals.
  • Support strategic financial planning, setting the roadmap for Adobe's continued growth by collaborating with business owners to build long-term financial models.
  • Partner closely with IT, Finance Systems, and Finance counterparts to continually improve & enhance DMe B2B reporting capabilities and processes.
  • Own key financial reporting and analytics suites, supporting end-to-end analytics from ideation, to development, to roll-out.
  • Trusted business partner working cross-functionally to actively address Adobe's risk and opportunities while working with key business leaders to identify appropriate metrics to measure and evaluate business performance.
  • Own quarter-end financial reporting, telling the "Why" behind financial performance.
  • Lead a team, developing key talent and building an organization grounded in Adobe's company values: Create the Future, Own the Outcome, and Raise the Bar.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of relevant finance experience. Previous experience in creating/maintaining financial models for a subscription/SaaS business and/or supporting financial reporting systems and automation in a complex organization is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and definitions with the ability to explain Finance/Accounting concepts to non-finance teams.
  • Great people leader and coach with experience developing and managing talent in a collaborative and cross-functional work environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in relational databases, data manipulation (i.e. Alteryx, SnapLogic), and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) required. Focus on building scalable analytics & reporting.
  • Self-starter who is focused on improving processes and forecasting methodologies and driving line of sight into business performance.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with ability to influence/drive decision making across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working with technical resources to ensure financial reporting and infrastructure aligns with business logic.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, including ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive new ways of thinking across the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,600 -- $231,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
