What You Can Expect Working in the Client Sales Position

The Client Sales role plays a pivotal role in our front office, handling administrative duties while actively supporting our real estate sales teams-both commercial and residential. Key responsibilities include managing sales leads, conducting cold calls, management and elevation of CRM and back-end software processes, and offering vital office support. This role contributes to the sales team's productivity by generating and following up on leads, aiding in event setup, and catering to the needs of clients, leads, vendors, and lenders.

Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospects for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline. Call FSBO, expired listings, specific locations etc.
  • Develops business opportunity within specific geographies served by the real estate team as defined by the Real Estate Leadership team.
  • Provides Lange Real Estate Auction team with support by assisting in back-end setup and coordination.
  • Achieves productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Accurately qualifies potential customers for appointments with field agents.
  • Manages the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
  • Manages and improves CRM, updates leads for new clients intended for the real estate team.
  • Receives all inbound real estate calls and forwards prospective clients to the agents.
  • Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external customers, while maintaining office tasks.
  • Assists in the process of onboarding/offboarding new agents.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ months of administrative, sales or marketing experience.
  • 1+ years of cold calling and prospecting experience.
  • Ability to identify and contact prospective clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90% of workday on the phone.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Kansas Notary Certification
