What You'll Bring:

The Product Manager in this role will oversee the comprehensive product strategy for a suite of TransUnion products, aligning across the TruAudience and TruIQ brands, from inception to end-of-life. Collaborating cross-functionally with design, technology, operations, go-to-market, marketing, and other teams, you will guide the products throughout their lifecycle.

As a problem solver, you'll focus on innovating credit marketing data and capabilities. Serving as a subject matter expert, you'll offer detailed insights on internal, customer, and competitive data and practices. Your strategic recommendations will shape both existing products and the development of new ones, as well as influence service and process enhancements.

  • 7+ years of experience in a product strategy or product management role with demonstrated skill leveraging market-back product strategies grounded in VOC.

  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) product development and/or marketing for Business-to-Business partners.

  • Understanding of industry regulatory environment including FCRA and GLBA, along with a demonstrated expertise in working with compliance and legal teams on gaining product approval.

  • Demonstrated track record in creating innovative products using credit data to drive tangible marketing outcomes for financial services companies.

  • Proven ability to create compelling and effective communication for a senior executive level audience.

  • Prior success leading and collaborating with cross-functional product teams within an Agile environment.

  • Exudes accountability, ownership, and a passion about the problem their products solve.

  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location (Alpharetta, GA & Chicago, IL) for a minimum of two days a week.

  • JIRA, Confluence and related agile software systems

  • Program management

Impact You'll Make:

  • Reports to the Vice President, Product Management, Global Credit Risk Solutions

  • Help to solve meaningful customer problems, supporting new product innovation and partnering cross-functionally to ensure that our capabilities are delivering upon the shared customer needs.

  • Manage the process for new feature identification, prioritization and delivery of the product roadmap

  • Develop a deep understanding of both the buyer and user personas for our products and use these to inform the relevant user journey maps and functional requirement for your product(s)

  • Develop business cases and advocate for investment where needed, including partnering with Market (revenue) and IT (investment) teams

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure that products are developed in a well-managed and regulatory compliant manner

  • Ensure successful roll-out, onboarding and adoption of new software products, supporting the needs of both internal stakeholders and our end customers

  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities for our products and their delivery into market

First 90 days

  • Meet & Greet sessions, to learn about the company structure, key partners and how we work together

  • Learning about TransUnion's capabilities as well as the competitive environment

  • Learn through doing, supporting roadmap development, KPI reporting and engagement with our Program Management team

  • Participate in voice-of-customer sessions, summarizing key themes and insights across the business
