Responsibilities

  • Represent the company, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage processes independently, requiring no direct oversight of staff and minimal supervision
  • Collaborate across departments to meet customer product needs promptly.
  • Coordinate internally with various departments to fulfill responsibilities effectively.
  • Multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Implement escalation strategies to resolve issues promptly.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster a team-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer needs and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Available for occasional overtime as needed.
  • Serve commercial and military sectors, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
  • Building and managing metrics while ensuring accountability for meeting them.
  • Administering estimation and quoting processes by delivering pricing to customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within the defense and aftermarket sectors.
  • Knowledge of contracting procedures.
  • Prior experience in customer service within aircraft or comparable manufacturing sectors
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous exposure to business development.
