The Supplier Quality Product and Process Verification (PPV) representative is responsible for collaborating with our suppliers to ensure Spirit is receiving conforming parts from our suppliers. The role of the PPV rep is to work with the suppliers and compare supplier planning against engineering requirements to ensure completeness and that the planning encompasses all customer requirements. Following the planning review, PPV reps are responsible for performing process and product audits applicable to that supplier. PPV reps will also be responsible for the follow up and closure of all findings found utilizing the Root Cause Corrective Action process.
