Job Description

P1 Service, LLC., is seeking an exceptional Outside Business-to-Business Sales Professional for the Western Kansas and Colorado area, based in our Wichita, KS office.

This highly visible sales role is responsible for selling HVAC Service Agreements to Commercial Buildings in a predetermined territory, focusing on hospitals/healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, education and hospitality. This opportunity focuses on setting opportunities with C-Suite, Vice Presidents and Directors and determining if a partnership is viable. If you have experience in sales, industry experience is not a must. The role is a pay-per-performance opportunity with a significant base salary and escalating commissions based on revenue sold. Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Open minded and willing to learn new methods and concepts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Sales hunter mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Energetic and positive attitude.
  • Passion for learning.
  • Highly professional demeanor.
  • Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, social media, and email.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a drug screen andcriminal background check.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass amotor vehicle record check. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to meet P1 Group qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must have access to drive a well maintained vehicle with an up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy.
