We are looking for a Financial Advisor to join our Wealth Management Team in Wichita, Kansas. The Financial Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing financial situations, and providing comprehensive financial planning advice. You will collaborate with clients to understand their goals, assess their risk tolerance, and develop tailored financial strategies. This role involves staying informed about market trends, investment options, and regulatory changes to ensure the delivery of accurate and up-to-date advice.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident and articulate communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Experience with obtaining sales goals and objectives

  • Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, vendors, professional contacts, and customers
  • Credibility to provide reliable and accurate financial information for recommendations

Essential functions of the role:

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies based on clients' needs and risk tolerance.
  • Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and changes in financial regulations.
  • Monitor and manage client portfolios to optimize performance and align with their objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reviews.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a holistic approach to financial planning.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Other duties are assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Series 7/63 (general securities) license required
  • Life/health insurance license required
