Full-time Medical Records Clerk
ENT Medical Office M-F 8am-5pm
General Job Description: The Medical Records Clerk will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of patient information at all times. Along with attaching records to patient charts, the Clerk will assist with entering patient information into the electronic medical record in a timely and efficient manner. They will also help maintain a highly functional, efficient department by staying up to date on how to properly complete expected job duties and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent, team player, ability to multitask, detail oriented, ability to locate correct spelling of procedures, medications, and names, use of proper phone etiquette, knowledge of and/or ability to learn EMR system, and proven ability to provide exceptional client service.
