Overview

Responsibilities

  • Production/Indirect Contract and PO monthly audits of Defense/Commercial/Fabrication Supply Chain which are tied to U. S. Government (USG) contracts. This requires checking for both accuracy and content
  • KPI's distributed to Defense/Commercial/Fabrication SCM Leadership, Defense Senior Leadership, Government Compliance Leadership, and others, as needed
  • Facilitate individual/team SCM training based on audit findings and KPI performance
  • Creation and updating of enterprise agreement/contract templates, Customer flow down attachments, forms, NDA Administration, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Writings
  • Ad hoc special requests
  • Assistance, as needed, supporting various supplier and/or Customer surveys (ex: information Security, NIST/CMMC, Human Trafficking, Conflict Minerals, etc)
  • Regularly interacting/communicating with buyers, SCM Leadership, and other functions within the organization
  • Responsible for ensuring Defense/Commercial/Fabrication SCM maintains an audit-ready position at all times
  • Participate in internal and external audits or assessments, as a resource to matters relating to purchasing/subcontracting polices/procedures, USG regulations, and compliance auditing processes
  • Ability to work and interface with diverse levels of Internal/External Customers & Government Personnel
  • Regularly contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards within Defense Compliance, paying particular attention to those with Supply Chain impacts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • US Citizenship status and the ability to obtain and withhold a security clearance
  • Skill in making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders and with all levels of the organization
  • Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong computer skills preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Supply Chain knowledge with a large defense contractor or Fortune 500 company
  • SAP System experience with an emphasis in Procurement

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (fka Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, investigation, and resolution of complex procurement process issues
  • Experience preparing Supply Chain and other functional organizations for the Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)
  • Experience interacting with Government Agencies such as DCMA and DCAA
  • Potential for some limited travel for seminars and training. (Less than 20%)
