Key Accountabilities Works closely with senior leaders, labor unions and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Support leadership teams of multiple business units Align HR activities with the organizational strategy Consult with first level management and provide HR guidance when appropriate Manage and resolves comp
