This position supports the professional and leadership staff of Children's Community Health Plan (CCHP). Primary responsibilities include: assisting with operational, clinical, or advocacy projects which ultimately benefit the members of the health plan.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Office experience preferred; knowledge of and experience with computers and office procedures.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent verbal communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
Ability to handle many concurrent tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Have proficient knowledge in all Microsoft products
Preferred Majors include : Health Care Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or other related program.
Role will be focused on health plan reporting, data analysis, using software tools to extract data, running reports, financial reporting, and quality auditing
Year Round Position : Seeking a college student available for part-time hours during the school year (minimum at least 8 hours per week with potential for additional) and also must be available to work during the Summer with increased hours (potentially up to 40 hours per week if needed)
Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
Work Location is at Summit Place in West Allis .

Children's Community Health Plan is an HMO for BadgerCare Plus eligible families living in Brown, Calumet, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, Waupaca and Winnebago counties in Wisconsin.
