From Humble Beginnings

America's Mortgage Banc began operations in November of 2000. From a two-man operation, we have grown to a regional mortgage banking company employing several dozen finance professionals. To date, we have funded over $550 million dollars in residential mortgages. We anticipate topping the billion dollar mark in 2007.

We partnered up with Lending Tree in February 2005. America's Mortgage Banc has been designated as LendingTree’s Local Marketplace Lender for the Milwaukee metro area. What this means is that the only clients we work with, live here just like we do. We have embraced this program. We have seen that a majority of clients prefer to work with a lender in their own back yard. Our philosophy is “Why deal with a name when you can consult with a face”?

We recognize that the loan business is fiercely competitive. We're under constant pressure to “close the transaction”. This pressure makes most companies crack, but we thrive on it. We invest our time, money and resources into a transaction without receiving any compensation until it funds. Essentially we either get results or starve. When everything is said and done, no one could demand more of us than we demand of ourselves.
